A lot of our buyers sell as side hustles to their normal day to day jobs to earn extra income. Some have now made the jump to working for themselves and are now using reselling as their main source of income. We work in partnership with a huge range of big-name retailers and brands to ensure that often good items that have previously been classed as clearance, liquidations, ex-display, returned by customers, are undeliverable or may have some warehouse damage to packaging are not sent to landfill and are instead offered at hugely discounted rates to customers. Where possible we will always try and add manifests including quanities and rrp for the items and totals for each load into the advert, this is especially the case for single category items. This is not always possible and instead you may find that in the absence of a manifest, you may only be able to know the category, condition and RRP, or neither. Some pallet/box loads are in sealed pallet box/box containers and therefore you cannot see inside. We understand the importance of knowing as much about the contents as possible which is why we are transparent as we can be when providing info and creating the adverts. Our website is available for sales 24/7. Our warehouse is only open for collections on an appointment basis.  This allows us to keep prices extraordinarily  low.

We have a strict "No Walk-In's" policy that we enforce due to the  busy nature of the warehouse and for the safety of all. All available items/pallet/box loads will be updated on our website with the details of each included. If you would like to get in touch then please use the Contact Us section and we will be happy to answer your questions. If you arrive without a collection appointment, you will be refused entry.

Due to demand we are unable to hold or reserve items for you. Many of our loads are snapped up quickly due to the huge discounts and potential profitability that many of our customers/businesses take advantage of. It is advisable to purchase items that match your criteria when you see them to avoid the disappointment of missing out potential profit.

Yes! Purchases though Discount Depot are perfect for all sorts of traders such as Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Gumtree, Carboot Sales and more.  Due to the huge discounts offered on all of our products, there are huge mark-ups and profits to made whilst still offering them to your customers and hugely reduced prices compared to their RRP's. Many of our customers make us their preferred supplier and regularly purchase from us in bulk to make their own profits. Please note that for all purchases "Section 5" of our Terms and Conditions will apply to all onward sales, so please familiarise yourself with this and make your own customers aware before resale.

Being located next to the UK's 2nd busiest port in Southampton, it gives us a distinct advanatge of quicker, more cost effective import/export services that can benefit your business needs. It is not unusual for us to sell items available for export only due to restrictions from manufacturers/retailers, these restrcitions will be clearly marked within the adverts.
