COLLECTION / DELIVERY

Delivery is available for all loads as an additional cost with purchases. Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a delivery quote using the contact details/email you have provided. 

Pallet Loads - Delivery is available throughout the UK and will be a kerbside drop service. 

Parcels/Boxes  - Delivery is available throughout the UK. We use a variety of different courier/delivery services for this such as UPS, DPD etc.

Collections are available from our Southampton warehouse on an appointment basis only. Once you have completed your purchase, use the contact us section to state your preferred collection time and we will do our best to accomodate.

Pallet Loads - Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle with a tail lift that can reach our loading bay which is located 1M from ground level. 

Parcels/Boxes - Your are able to collect these yourself ensuring you are able to lift and transport your own loads.

You are welcome to arrange your own collection/delivery using your preferred service. If choosing this option, please ensure you inform us so we can liase with them and ensure a smooth transition. 

We are able to assist with import/export of items purchased through us. Being located next to the UK's 2nd busiest port, with great transport links to throughout the UK and as a gateway to the world, gives us a distinct advantage in service and cost when using our services.
